I just got an Email from Amazon.co.uk, apparently there is a glitch in the new Star Trek The Next Generation Blu-ray season one set. But at least we get a free replacement. The issue appears to be with the sound, one of the first things I spotted in Encounter At Farpoint’ was a couple of sound FX’s missing like when Q takes a douse of drugs from his dispenser on the enterprise bridge. But other than sound issues, this Blu-ray is visually beautiful, it looks like it could have been filmed yesterday, next Gen as it should have been. But got now, keep a look out for its replacement, and has anyone that bought it retail or from any other web vender been notified of getting a replacement.
