Questionable sausage rolls, an endless winter, cats befriending eldritch horrors, retro city planning, fast horses, gates to Hell… and a powerful Movie Night to finish the week!

Hey everyone 👋

Another full week of late-night streams is almost here, and October 5–11 brings us a particularly varied lineup — from construction sites and frozen survival to supernatural horror, retro city building, Wild West trouble, fantasy adventures, and another Sunday Movie Night.

We’re starting the week by returning to Construction Simulator, where our service area is finally getting dangerously close to being ready for tea, toilets, and overpriced snacks. Tuesday then brings a brand-new series with Permafrost as we attempt to survive an endless winter using that most important of survival tools: the kettle.

Wednesday means another encounter with Mittens and the eldritch horrors of Edge Of Evil, while Thursday takes us back to 1991 for some classic city building with the SNES version of Sim City. Then Arthur Morgan rides again on Friday before we return to Cyrodiil and its ongoing portal-to-Hell problem on Saturday.

Finally, Sunday brings Movie Night Episode 85 with Saving Private Ryan.

Our magnificent service area is getting dangerously close to completion. Soon weary travellers will finally have somewhere to enjoy a cup of tea, visit the facilities, and spend an unreasonable amount of money on a sausage roll that’s been under a heat lamp since Tuesday.

Permafrost | Ep. 1 – Endless Winter? Right, I’ll Put the Kettle On
A brand-new survival adventure begins! The world may be frozen, civilisation may have collapsed, and survival may depend on gathering every resource we can find — but before dealing with any of that, we’re putting the kettle on. Priorities.

🐈 Wednesday, October 7
Edge Of Evil | Ep. 2 – Mittens! Stop Making Friends With the Eldritch Horrors!
We’re heading back into the supernatural nightmare of Edge Of Evil, and Mittens apparently hasn’t learned anything. Strange noises? Ancient entities? Unspeakable horrors from beyond our understanding? To a cat, that’s just three potential new friends.

🏙️ Thursday, October 8
Sim City (1991) SNES | Ep. 1 – Residential, Commercial, Industrial… Pub?
We’re going retro! Tonight we’re firing up the SNES version of Sim City and attempting to build a thriving metropolis using sensible urban planning. Residential zones? Yes. Commercial districts? Absolutely. Industrial areas? Obviously. Pub? Surely that’s essential infrastructure.

Red Dead Redemption II | Ep. 21 – The Devil Rides Fast, So Keep Your Horse Faster
Arthur Morgan returns for another chapter of our Red Dead Redemption II journey. Trouble is never far away, the frontier keeps getting more dangerous, and when the devil comes riding after you, there’s only one sensible response: hope your horse had a decent breakfast.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered | Ep. 3 – Lovely Place, Shame About the Gates to Hell
Back to beautiful Cyrodiil, where picturesque forests, historic cities, ancient ruins, and enormous flaming portals into Oblivion somehow coexist. Time to continue our adventure and investigate why nobody has considered putting up a few warning signs.

🎬 Sunday, October 11
Movie Night | Ep. 85 – Saving Private Ryan (1998)
We finish the week with a very different kind of Movie Night as we watch Steven Spielberg’s Saving Private Ryan. Grab your snacks and settle in with the community for a powerful wartime drama to close out another busy week.
