The Little Fella

Greetings Space Cadets, sad news today as at 0730 when I Went to open the chicken coop to I found that The Little Fella or the The Colonel or KFC as we called him had passed during the night, tucked up in his little bed I made him. Although I have said 2015 – 2015 I he was a lot older for a chicken I only got him 6 months ago as he and three other where the sole survivors form a friends flock that got decimated by a Fox, back when he was called Ernie, as in Eric and Ernie pared with his double act out other male chicken.

I will miss The Little Fella watching the little old man slowly walking up to me so he could be scooped up to get a cuddle and a warm, or just because he spotted me with a NICE Biscuit and he wanted to share. I think he will also be missed by the other Girls as Bisto one of his fellow survivors was looking around looking rather stressed, as the two of them where never far apart.
