Greetings Space Cadets, today was our last day on Orkney, and we found our sign for the Village of Twatt! But unfortunately, all the places that we wanted to visit on the southern end the Orkney archipelago, where either closed or inaccessible. But with choppy seas it might have been just as well the ferry called us to leave an hour early, I don’t think I would have like those waters in the black of night in those high winds.
Tomorrow we head home with stop offs at Dunnet Head and John O’ Groats, and if they are in residents at this time of year we might see some Puffins.
