Greetings Space Cadets, No trip to the Orkney Archipelago would be complete without getting your photograph next to a sign pointing the direction to the Village of Twatt. But for us this appeared to be what was going happen. On the first day passing by all the connecting roads to the Village of Twatt we could not find a sign. Back at the Hotel that night I once again scanned over pictures on Google Street view, and eventually found one and set the satnav for the morning. However, when we got there we only found one all sign pointing in to an dangerously inaccessible field, and the correct sign no longer displaying directions to Twatt. Unfortunately, I leaned after returning home that the local council removed and changed all the signs to Twatt as tourists where taking them as souvenirs. Time to Photoshop!
